how it workS
STEP 1: PICK A THEME, NUMBER OF GUESTS AND A DATE
Fill out the Inquiry Form tab or shoot us an email with the following information:
Themes: We currently have themes - Rainbow, Boho Chic, Cinema, Taylor Swift, Seaside and Woodlands. Holiday themes available as well. We are always hard at work creating new themes.

Number of Guests: We have a minimum of 4 tents
(one per child). More can be added!
Date: Pay the deposit to lock in your date and fill out the terms and conditions to ensure a good time!
Perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, celebrations or a surprise slumber party at grandma's house!
STEP 2: WE DELIVER, SETUP AND STYLE YOUR cHILD'S SLUMBER PARTY
No fuss party planning for you!
We deliver, set it all up, style it to perfection and leave you to an evening of creativity, imagination and fun!
On the day all we ask is that you clear a space in your home in preparation for our arrival. Our tent setups are 7' long by 3.5' wide (or 6' long by 3.5' wide without the breakfast trays).
We deliver, free of charge, within 15 miles from Onalaska, La Crosse, Wisconsin. We can deliver outside of this area for a fee, please fill out the inquiry form to discuss pricing!
Setup typically takes 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the size of your party.
STEP 3: Party time!
Sit back, relax and enjoy!
Each child is given a complimentary gift pack that includes a sleep eye mask, a glow in the dark ring and a Slumber Party Solutions sticker.
Watch as your child's imagination runs wild while he/she enjoys the magic of the twinkling fairy lights, lanterns, personal styling and fun. Add on one of our party extras listed below to elevate your party to the next level - one less thing to think about on the night!
We use premium foam mattresses so the children are guaranteed comfort for the night. Note: Each child must bring their own personal pillow for hygiene reasons.
STEP 4: WE COLLECT EVERYTHING THE FOLLOWING DAY
Leave the laundry for us!
We swing by the next day to break down and collect everything - you don't have to lift a finger! We take it all back to Slumber Party HQ to clean and disinfect.
Packing up usually takes around 30 minutes.

Each themed package starts at $250 for 4 children and includes:
